RESIPI AYAM MASAK MERAH, ACAR RAMPAI & NASI TOMATO



ASSALAMUALAIKUM

hmm sejuknya.. hujan lebat kat luar tu. biasalah, hujung-hujung tahun ni. hihi.. kawan-kawan sihat tak? kalau tak sihat, jangan lupa berjumpa dengan doktor ye!

malam ni miss abby nak kongsi resipi. resipi apa?? resipi yang miss abby dah janji la. ingat lagi tak? hihi... resipi bagi kelas amali "SET MENU MELAYU" la... jom....

5g                                                                   Bijan – goreng sedikit

CARA PENYEDIAAN
  • Timun dibuang bahagian tengahnya dan dipotong memanjang
  • Lobak, cili merah dan cili hijau – potong memanjang
  •  Panaskan 3 sudu besar minyak masak. Masukkan biji sawi, biarkan satu minit sambil dikacau
  •  Tumis bawang besar, bawang putih halia. Masukkan cili, serbuk kunyit dan cuka.
  • Kemudian masukkan timun dan lobak. Kacau dan perasakan dengan garam dan gula dan masukkan bijan. Gaulkan sebati
  • Angkat dan hidang.

CARA PENYEDIAAN                             
  • Panggang atau goreng ayam hingga separuh masak
  • Panaskan minyak dan masukkan bahan penumis, bahan kisar dan serai. Tumis hingga berwarna keemasan
  • Tuang air dan sos tomato, kacau rata
  • Masukkan ayam dan kacang pis, kacau rata sehingga masak
  •  Masukkan bawang besar, kacau. Sesuaikan rasanya dan angkat
  • Masukkan masakan dalam pinggan hidang
  • Hiaskan dengan cili merah dan daun bawang

Cara Penyediaan
  •  Cuci beras, rendam selama 5 – 10 minit. Toskan
  • Panaskan mentega / minyak sapi. Tumiskan bahan-bahan tumis sehingga naik bau
  • Masukkan beras. Kacau sekejap dalam 1-2 minit,. Kemudian, masukkan sos tomato, tomato, susu, air, daun pandan dan sedikit garam
  •  Tanak sehingga masak
  • Hidang panas dan boleh taburkan dengan bawang goreng.
